💼 About This Role

You'll own the identity security posture across Palantir's corporate, production, and customer environments. You'll drive agent identity infrastructure and just-in-time access patterns to reduce standing access. This role offers rare exposure to the full identity surface, including workforce, customer, workload, and agentic identities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own identity security posture across corporate, production, and customer identity planes
• Drive rollout of agent identity infrastructure with short-lived credentials
• Architect authentication and authorization systems using SAML, OIDC, and policy models
• Scale non-human identity patterns such as mTLS and identity-based networking
• Lead identity threat modeling and publish findings with remediation tracking

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Information Security with identity security focus
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID or Okta including governance and security surface
• Deep proficiency in identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, FIDO2) and their attack surface
• Working proficiency in Go, Python, PowerShell, or TypeScript for prototyping and code review

• Experience with non-human identity architectures for service, workload, and agent
• Identity threat detection and response or red team background
• Exposure to regulated environments like FedRAMP or SOX
