You'll design and build platforms and tooling for Axon's Zero Touch execution framework and identity/security foundations, enabling hundreds of engineers to operate safely at scale. Your core impact is creating self-service, policy-driven abstractions that ensure compliance by default.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of Zero Touch execution framework
• Design secure identity and access patterns with partner teams
• Build dual-cloud infrastructure abstractions
• Create scalable platform services and golden paths

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software/infrastructure/platform engineering
• Strong programming in Go, TypeScript, Python, or Java
• Experience operating public-facing distributed systems
• Deep familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation)

• Experience with SSO/OIDC integration
• Background in security and compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with policy-as-code tools
