You'll lead SRE and cloud infrastructure teams to build reliable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines at Allegion, a global security leader. Your core impact will be creating an Observability Platform to track application health and driving automation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct SRE and Cloud Infrastructure team for reliable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Create and own an Observability Platform to track application health
• Hire, mentor, and guide SRE and cloud infrastructure engineers
• Lead technology strategy for Infrastructure as Code and tooling

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of DevOps experience with software configuration management and release engineering
• 7 years of software development experience
• 3 years of software development or DevOps lead/manager experience
• Working knowledge of AWS and AWS PaaS services
