💼 About This Role

You'll lead Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for retailers integrating with our platform. You'll serve as the primary client-facing contact, guiding them through testing and launch while troubleshooting issues. This hybrid role in Madrid offers the chance to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure seamless integrations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and execute Business Acceptance Testing for retailer integrations
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing for projects in active deployment
• Serve as primary point of contact for client-facing onboarding and testing
• Troubleshoot issues during testing phases and escalate as needed

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in a QA or Testing role in ecommerce or SaaS
• Fluent English speaker, able to lead meetings
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with test case tracking and bug reporting tools

• Client-facing experience leading external conversations
