💼 About This Role

You'll own cross-functional AI enablement programs that help every Chimer adopt AI tools effectively. Your work will drive behavior change and productivity gains across the organization. This role combines program design, hands-on collaboration, and measurable impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end AI enablement programs like AI Champions network and onboarding
• Deep-dive into workflow problems before designing solutions
• Partner with teams to build AI-enabled solutions hands-on
• Define success metrics and health models for programs from day one

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management in tech
• Experience taking ambiguous problems and building programs around them
• Hands-on experience building or automating workflows using AI tools
• History of driving behavior change, not just program completion

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience running ambassador, champion, or CoE programs
• Background in enablement, L&D, or change management in tech
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling (ChatGPT, Glean, Claude, etc.)
