You'll support a government client by managing IT systems infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations and resolving technical issues. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for IT systems
• Manage day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems
• Implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of experience as a System Administrator on similar programs
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or 5 additional years experience)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification or higher
• Experience with Linux, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tier 1 Help Desk and problem identification
• Ability to manage configuration and operation of IT systems
• Experience providing detailed analysis and feedback for escalated tickets
