🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage portfolio of renewals ensuring on-time execution
• Support renewal deal cycle via video, email, phone, or in-person
• Negotiate renewal terms and contract issues
• Process quotes, auto-renewal notices, and orders in Salesforce.com

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of SaaS renewals or related experience
• Excellent understanding of deal support topics
• Proficiency with CRM systems (SFDC experience a plus)
• Strong negotiation skills
