💼 About This Role

You'll join a Scrum team to ensure reliability and scalability of the Florence™ platform, leveraging AI-driven tooling to improve observability and incident response. Your work directly impacts clinical research globally. You'll use AI-assisted development workflows as a core part of your daily work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed in Scrum team, participating in agile ceremonies
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance system reliability and developer productivity
• Design, build, and operate reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure
• Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps
• Strong understanding of cloud-native and distributed system architectures
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with AI-assisted tools for coding or operational analysis
• Familiarity with modern observability practices (metrics, logs, tracing)
• Background in Linux, networking, and system operations
