💼 About This Role

You'll join the Connectivity team to architect, design, and build lower-level functionality for the Oura Android app, focusing on Bluetooth communication between the ring and app. Your work will directly impact millions of users by ensuring efficient and secure device connectivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect, design, and build new features for the Connectivity team
• Collaborate with Firmware and Platform teams
• Maintain consistency across apps
• Prototype and try new frameworks to improve productivity

📋 Requirements

• Bluetooth experience with Android Bluetooth APIs or libraries
• Solid experience shipping professional Android applications
• Mastery over Kotlin
• Understanding of complex systems and SDK APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of RxJava and reactive programming
• Experience with Coroutines and Flow framework
• Familiarity with Jetpack Compose
