You'll provide administrative and logistical support to a team of Technical Integration Managers for the NATO NCIA device deployment project. You will coordinate the rollout of 50,000 end-user devices across 70 global locations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multinational, security-conscious environment on a large-scale IT modernization initiative.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate diaries, travel requests, and meeting logistics for TIMs.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, and risk registers.
• Liaise with supplier to track device shipment and site readiness.
• Support scheduling and sequencing of device deployments across 70 sites.

📋 Requirements

• Administrative support experience in a project environment.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and document management.
• Ability to work in a multinational, security-conscious environment.
