💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex digital transformation efforts and ensure successful delivery of large-scale technology modernization programs. You'll drive end-to-end migration of on-premises Oracle data warehouses to Google Cloud Platform, managing multiple stakeholders and budgets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multiple concurrent IT projects aligned with business objectives
• Manage large enterprise projects with internal and contracted resources
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and risk registers
• Coordinate end-to-end migration of Oracle data warehouse to GCP

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of IT project management and digital transformation experience
• Proven experience with cloud migration and data warehouse transformation
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP Certification
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Prior experience supporting State of Indiana projects
