💼 About This Role

You'll implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems for a program in Fort Meade, Maryland supporting the Intelligence Community. You'll provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem resolution and communicate status to agency management. This role requires a fully cleared TS/SCI with FSP clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems
• Manage infrastructure and processes
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification and resolution
• Escalate and communicate status to agency management

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of system administrator experience
• VMWare experience for provisioning and maintaining Virtual Machines
• Windows administration experience
• Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance
