• Design and implement AI solutions for People Talent teams
• Build and operate AI agent workflows and integrations
• Collaborate with domain experts to identify automation opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in Software Engineering and Integration Engineering
• Hands-on experience building AI-driven workflows in production
• Proven business understanding in a business-facing role
• Solution-oriented and outcome-driven mindset

• Familiarity with HR technology (HRIS, ATS, performance management)
• Experience building on LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, Gemini)
• Familiarity with HR data structures and data platforms like BigQuery
