💼 About This Role

You'll build the native foundation for edge video and IoT intelligence on Axon's Fusus platform, designing high-performance pipelines from sensor to inference. Your work will directly impact mission-critical safety and justice operations for first responders. You'll set the technical direction for SDKs and AI pipelines that outlast any single product generation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define native platform architecture for Fusus hardware from SoC selection through deployment
• Set SDK strategy with stable ABI contracts, versioning, and FFI boundaries
• Design and ship cascade AI pipelines on NPU/GPU/VPU for real-time edge inference
• Lead code and technical design reviews, setting AI coding standards

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven track record designing latency-critical systems on embedded/IoT devices
• Experience designing SDKs with stable ABIs, versioning, and cross-language FFI
• Familiarity with ARM SoCs (RK3588, Jetson, QCS series) beyond x86

• Experience with hardware-accelerated video pipelines
• Hands-on edge inference using NPUs/GPUs: TensorRT, CUDA, ONNX Runtime
