🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and design of distributed cloud-native systems
• Develop and review high-quality code for APIs and backend services
• Define engineering standards for coding, CI/CD, security, and observability
• Mentor engineers and drive technical discussions and design reviews

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience
• Expertise in Java, Go, or Python
• Deep experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP including multi-region deployments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka, Flink, or Spark
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with ClickHouse or Snowflake
