💼 About This Role

You'll build AI agents and automations that eliminate manual work across HackerRank, from Go-To-Market to Finance to Product. You'll own agents end-to-end, design shared platform capabilities, and ship production systems. This role puts you across the whole company, not just one product surface.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with internal teams to map workflows and identify AI opportunities
• Scope, prototype, and ship AI agents and automations
• Own agents end-to-end: monitor, triage, iterate
• Design and build the shared AI Agents platform

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of software engineering experience shipping production systems
• Strong Python skills and full-stack fundamentals
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production
• Experience with evaluation pipelines for AI systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI
• Experience authoring MCP servers
• Experience with RAG pipelines and AI observability tooling
