• Manage end-to-end development and delivery of thermal hardware

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in space, aerospace, or advanced engineering projects

• Experience leading hardware development from concept through delivery
• Familiarity with spacecraft thermal hardware components
• Exposure to thermal analysis or modeling tools
