💼 About This Role

You'll develop and optimise AI models for Graphcore's specialised hardware, contributing to the Applied AI team. Your work will have a direct impact on AI performance in real-world systems. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI compute and collaboration with research teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement state-of-the-art ML models and optimise for performance and accuracy.
• Evaluate new software releases, provide feedback, and conduct code reviews.
• Benchmark models to identify performance bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Design and conduct experiments on novel AI methods, analyse and report results.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
• Solid understanding of deep learning fundamentals including architectures and optimisation.
• Ability to design, execute, and report from ML experiments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with large generative models for language or vision.
• Experience writing high performance C++/Triton/CUDA kernels.
• Contributions to open-source projects or published research.
