About This Role

You'll join Pennylane's DevOps team to drive reliability and observability for a fast-growing fintech used by 900,000 SMEs. You'll collaborate with 300+ engineers to scale production systems and embed SRE best practices. This role offers high impact in shaping how reliability works at scale.

What You'll Do

• Evangelize and simplify SRE practices across engineering teams
• Identify reliability and performance improvement opportunities proactively
• Define SLIs/SLOs, monitoring frameworks, and alerting strategies
• Scale production resources with resilience and cost awareness

Requirements

• Experience with AWS cloud environments
• Experience building observability systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk)
• Experience scaling production systems and web applications
• Experience with asynchronous job systems
