🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver technical support for end-user hardware and cloud platforms
• Install and maintain computer systems and network equipment at clinics
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain documentation and administer Windows/Mac devices via MDM
• Build scripts to automate support and provisioning tasks

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT service delivery
• Strong skills in computer hardware, software, networking, and OS
• Experience supporting both Windows Client OS and Mac OS
• Automation-first mindset with scripting and production support

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in enterprise Identity Management and IdP configuration
• Cisco Meraki networking experience for remote troubleshooting
