• Design and deploy high-performance agentic systems
• Bridge research and production with engineering teams
• Iteratively prototype AI functionalities using real-world telemetry
• Own inference pipeline stability and throughput
• Architect data and fine-tuning strategies

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience
• Proficiency with LLMs and AI/ML problem-solving
• Comfortable across full stack from prompt engineering to Kubernetes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high-concurrency microservices
• Familiarity with GLiNER or extraction architectures
