💼 About This Role

You'll own the week-to-week product cadence for Limbic's AI-powered mental healthcare Access product, taking it from 1→10 in the US. You'll triaging inbound requests, scope projects, and protect engineering focus to ship features that move metrics. The role is delivery-focused now with growth into strategic scope.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run team ceremonies for alignment and follow-up
• Own roadmap prioritisation grounded in customer signal
• Triage inbound bugs, debt, and scope additions
• Scope and define project overviews for the team
• Own the incident loop: triage, root cause, fix, follow-up

📋 Requirements

• Shipped product features that moved metrics
• Comfortable with engineering concepts and building mental models
• Write clearly and think from first principles
• Critical thinking with data: pull insights and interrogate them

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare experience, especially EHR integration
• Working knowledge of health-data standards (HL7, FHIR)
