You'll own Yepoda's TikTok channel and lead US market growth for a fast-growing clean K-beauty brand. You'll drive creative strategy, shoot and edit content, and analyze performance using tools like Dash Social. This role offers full ownership of a key social channel in a hybrid Berlin-based startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end management of TikTok channel direction and execution
• Define and execute content calendar aligned with brand and performance goals
• Shoot, direct, and edit TikTok-first content reacting to trends
• Track performance using Dash Social and optimize based on insights

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years managing social media with proven TikTok growth
• Deep understanding of US market and TikTok culture
• Hands-on filming, directing, editing, and appearing in content
• Strong skills with CapCut, Canva, and Dash Social (or similar)
