You'll join EarnIn's marketing team to scale creative production using generative AI tools across video, static, and text formats. Your core impact is driving performance gains in user acquisition through rapid iteration and data-informed optimization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate high-quality marketing assets using AI tools like Claude, Runway, and MidJourney.
• Create and iterate on performance-driven creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Rapidly prototype new creative concepts and run structured A/B tests.
• Build prompt libraries and modular input systems for scalable production.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in creative production (performance marketing, lifecycle, or agency).
• Experience with AI content generation tools (e.g., Firefly, Runway ML, MidJourney).
• Strong understanding of visual production fundamentals (composition, lighting, motion).
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-output creative environments with rapid iteration.

• Prior technical background (e.g., engineering, coding).
• Experience with prompt engineering and structured inputs like JSON.
