💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex onboarding projects for Cloudbeds' mid-market customers, guiding them from contract to adoption. You'll partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless implementation that drives customer confidence and platform adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Serve as primary point of contact, driving communication and alignment
• Lead customer meetings from kickoff to go-live milestones

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at business level
• Minimum 4 years experience in hotel operations or management
• At least 1 year of project management in SaaS environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Project management experience in hospitality SaaS
• Previous customer implementation onboarding experience at hospitality SaaS company
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack
