You'll design AI-native interfaces for insurance brokers, working directly with brokers to translate complex workflows into intuitive tools. Your work will shape how insurance knowledge is structured and acted upon, with real impact on a live AI platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct user research with broker Design Partners to understand workflows
• Design and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve AI output usability
• Translate complex insurance logic into clear, actionable interfaces

📋 Requirements

• UX/UI design experience for software products
• Expert with Figma as primary design tool
• Ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and interaction design
