• Guide clients through onboarding process for timely adoption
• Inspect digital ad placements for correct functionality
• Escalate feature enhancements and coordinate with project managers
• Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline operations

📋 Requirements

• Python experience
• Professional level English and native Korean communication skills
• Strong data analysis skills
• Solid research and summarization skills
