🎯 What You'll Do

• Connect with customers across channels and resolve queries
• Prepare documentation for the settlement process
• Manage vehicle onboarding and lease activations
• Assist with lease management tasks like budgets and claims
• Keep the CRM leasing system updated with accurate information

• Experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, or finance
• Strong track record in customer support or engagement roles
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle high call volumes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
