💼 About This Role

You'll lead a CMS migration from HubSpot to Sanity + Next.js for OpenZeppelin, owning the full end-to-end process. Your work will enable the Marketing team to operate the website autonomously through AI-native workflows. This is a senior, autonomous 6-month contract role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end CMS migration from HubSpot to Sanity + Next.js
• Design reusable component library in collaboration with Brand team
• Integrate HubSpot CRM forms, lead capture, and GA4 analytics
• Set up Claude Code + Sanity MCP integration for AI-native operations
• Implement technical SEO and Core Web Vitals optimization

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional web development with TypeScript, React, Next.js
• Proven Sanity expertise: schema design, custom Studio, GROQ queries
• Led at least one complex CMS migration end-to-end (HubSpot, WordPress, etc.)
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in blockchain or Web3 industry
• Familiarity with HubSpot CMS
• Background working with marketing and brand teams
