💼 About This Role

You'll drive technical direction and architecture for core product domains at Behavox, a cloud-native AI platform for global finance. You'll own high-level system design, lead implementation of critical Java components, and leverage agentic AI tools across the engineering workflow. This role combines deep hands-on engineering with architectural leadership and cross-functional technical communication.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and technology selection for cross-service features
• Implement critical Java components with comprehensive test coverage
• Contribute to technical roadmap and delivery estimation
• Drive technical communication across engineering and product teams

📋 Requirements

• Expert Java engineering including GC tuning, concurrency, and Spring Framework
• Software architecture expertise in monolith and microservices patterns
• Cloud-native platform experience on GCP, AWS, or Azure
• AI-assisted engineering with agentic tools like Claude Code or Codex

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with observability stacks (logging, tracing, metrics)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Domain expertise in financial services or compliance
