You'll own a module in an AI-native insurance brokerage factory, encoding industry-nuance into agents that handle the full customer lifecycle. Your core impact is moving KPIs like conversion and handle time by building eval regimes and data flywheels that make probabilistic systems trustworthy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own KPIs: conversion, handle time, accuracy, autonomous resolution rate
• Encode industry-by-industry nuance into rules, prompts, agents, and data structures
• Build eval regime with regressions and backtests for every change
• Live with operators and talk to customers daily

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of product experience or comparable operator/engineering experience
• Proven ownership of a product or system end-to-end (KPIs, roadmap, execution)
• Proficiency using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Lovable

• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or data pipelines
• Background in insurance or risk analysis
