💼 About This Role

You'll own features end-to-end across Solink's React/TypeScript web app and React Native mobile app, collaborating with product and design to ship high-quality customer-facing features. You'll drive improvements to stability, performance, and UX while leveraging AI tools as a core part of your workflow. This role offers the chance to steward a mature, decade-old production codebase trusted by thousands of operators.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve features across web (React/TypeScript) and mobile (React Native/Expo) applications
• Own features end-to-end from design through implementation, testing, and monitoring
• Design and build APIs in NestJS/TypeScript for responsive web and mobile experiences
• Drive improvements to stability, performance, and UX proactively
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and knowledge sharing

📋 Requirements

• TypeScript and React experience on a mature production product
• Hands-on React Native experience understanding web vs native rendering
• Full-stack ownership: comfortable with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Proven track record improving a customer-facing product without breaking it

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with video streaming, security camera systems, or POS/retail tech
• Familiarity with automated testing (Jest, Detox, Playwright)
• Exposure to mobile CI/CD and App Store/Play Store release pipelines
