What You'll Do

• Set architectural direction for agentic systems and intelligence layer
• Design agent orchestration and retrieval systems for enterprise-grade complexity
• Establish evaluation standards, observability, and reliability frameworks
• Prototype and harden novel LLM approaches before shipping

Requirements

• 8+ years shipping production software
• 3+ years leading complex AI/ML systems
• Expertise in TypeScript and Python
• Experience shipping LLM-powered products at enterprise scale
