💼 About This Role

You'll drive the roadmap for CareOps, a platform pod that powers how Hinge Health's care team operates at scale. You will improve workload distribution through algorithmic engine enhancements and migrate complex workflows into a modern internal platform. This role offers high impact and direct influence on care team efficiency, with significant collaboration across US and India teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design strategy to overhaul workforce management internal tool
• Ship improvements to care team-to-member assignment engine
• Reduce operational average handle time for key workflows
• Define MVPs, set KPIs, and build multi-quarter roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience shipping production features
• Experience building internal tools or operational workflows for non-technical users
• Ability to write clear PRDs and drive features to launch independently
• Experience with algorithmic systems such as matching, scheduling, or routing

• Background in healthcare or digital health
• Comfortable working with data teams to interpret analytical outputs
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
