You'll solve core dating product challenges using AI at Match Group AI, working with Tinder, Hinge and other brands. You'll research and deploy state-of-the-art ML models to production, impacting millions of users. You'll collaborate across teams to build the AI flywheel for social discovery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and solve business problems as AI/ML problems
• Develop prototypes and production features using AI/ML
• Conduct research on LLMs and multimodal models
• Optimize on-device and large-scale model inference

📋 Requirements

• AI/ML expertise with deep knowledge in one domain
• EDA skills to discover patterns in data
• Proficient in PyTorch or TensorFlow and Python
• Experience with ML pipeline building and deployment
