💼 About This Role

You'll join a new Internal AI Engineering team to design and ship agentic systems that reshape how Socure operates across sales, marketing, revenue ops, finance, talent, and legal. You'll define what to build, leveraging Socure's Agentic AI Foundations platform to deliver intelligent automation and agentic workflows. This role drives step-function gains in efficiency and decision-making across the enterprise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with business teams to catalog and prioritize high-frequency manual workflows
• Build multi-step, tool-augmented agent workflows with planner–executor architectures
• Integrate with the Agentic AI Foundations platform for runtime, orchestration, and observability
• Discover reusable agent design patterns and contribute them back to the platform

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in AI/ML production systems
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM APIs and an agentic framework (LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen)
• Strong Python skills and experience building production-grade backend services and APIs
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and ship business-impacting AI solutions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-agent systems or workflow orchestration in production
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks like LangSmith, Weights & Biases, or Arize
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or knowledge graphs
