💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the stability and scalability of the LocusONE platform supporting our global fleet of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). You'll bridge software development and field operations, using Linux expertise and MDM tools to manage thousands of edge devices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage remote devices using UEM and MDM solutions.
• Develop observability pipelines for device health and performance.
• Own OTA firmware updates and rollback strategies.
• Participate in on-call rotations for incident response.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering with IoT focus.
• Deep proficiency in Linux/Unix systems (Debian/Ubuntu).
• Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go with Ansible/Terraform.
• Experience with enterprise MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf Pro, Intune).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with open-source device management (e.g., FleetDM, Mender).
• Background in warehouse automation or industrial IoT.
• Experience with ROS or hardware-in-the-loop systems.
