💼 About This Role

You'll build production AI systems for autonomous fundraising agents at Givzey. You'll design agent workflows, retrieval pipelines, and backend services that real customers depend on. This role combines strong engineering practices with modern AI development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build production-grade AI systems and customer-facing features
• Develop agentic workflows using LLMs, retrieval systems, and APIs
• Implement RAG systems including ingestion pipelines and semantic retrieval
• Monitor and improve production AI systems for quality and reliability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience building AI-powered applications with LLMs in production
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
