🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical design and execution of video ads roadmap
• Provide Android best practices and design reviews
• Drive full development lifecycle from discovery to deployment
• Mentor senior engineers across ad formats teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years deep expertise in Kotlin and modern Android architecture
• 4+ Android projects from ideation to deployment
• Experience in ad tech building rich-media mobile experiences

• Experience working on Video Ads
• Experience at a scaled peer company
• Experience with Jetpack Compose
