You'll join our Payments team to lead projects in collection, disbursement, FX, and card issuing for a fast-growing travel platform. You'll own reliability and partner with product to solve real booking challenges. This role offers AI-first development and the opportunity to scale payment processing 10x.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end payments projects with Product and PayOps teams.
• Design integration with PSPs, build, rollout, and monitor systems.
• Own reliability of the payments system and handle incident response.
• Contribute to engineering practices and AI-first development culture.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product engineering experience.
• 4+ years architecting complex payments systems.
• Experience with PSP, acquirer, or high-scale platform payments.
• Strong backend mastery in Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, or similar.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience launching a new payment method or PSP integration end-to-end.
• Experience building or operating a card issuing program.
• Experience in marketplace or two-sided platform payments.
