💼 About This Role

You'll build the GenAI platform enabling product teams to ship AI features at scale, owning LLM orchestration, search, and evaluation tooling. You'll work on systems used by millions of athletes and collaborate across engineering and product to drive high-leverage AI capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build the shared GenAI platform with LLM orchestration and prompt management.
• Enable teams to ship AI features faster via self-serve interfaces.
• Own end-to-end AI capability delivery from architecture to production.
• Collaborate with product teams to define the GenAI roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production AI or backend systems at scale.
• Experience building AI platform tooling or developer-facing infrastructure.
• Hands-on LLM production experience (agentic workflows, RAG, evaluation).
• Proficiency in search systems (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Vector Search).
• Proficiency in Python and Go on AWS with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Experience with Langchain or similar LLM frameworks.
• Experience in consumer-facing product development.
• Knowledge of fitness or geospatial datasets.
