🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate business needs into analytics-ready data models and marts.
• Build and maintain dbt projects with staging, intermediate, and mart layers.
• Design dimensional models and own metrics definitions end-to-end.
• Implement data quality practices using dbt tests and monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• SQL skills for building analytics datasets in a cloud warehouse.
• dbt experience with model development, tests, and documentation.
• Data modeling foundation with dimensional concepts and SCD patterns.
• 1+ years delivering production-grade analytics models or BI datasets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, PBM, or regulated data environments.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and other cloud warehouses.
• Knowledge of CI/CD for analytics and data observability.
