You'll guide churches and nonprofits through technical discovery and implementation of Overflow's SaaS philanthropy platform. You'll be a trusted advisor during sales and ensure successful onboarding and integrations. This role combines pre-sales technical support with post-sale implementation at a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support sales with demos, technical reviews, and value propositions.
• Lead technical discovery and design scalable solutions.
• Drive implementations including integrations and data imports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve partner experience.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical support, sales engineering, or implementation.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integration patterns.
• Familiarity with payment processing and fintech systems.
• Experience with CRM/ChMS ecosystems like Salesforce or Rock RMS.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations.
