💼 About This Role

You'll lead product strategy and execution for click-out marketing businesses at a leading online lending marketplace, driving growth and optimization across key customer journeys. You'll partner with General Managers to shape priorities and deliver scalable product initiatives that improve acquisition, engagement, and monetization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product management for key customer journeys and platform capabilities.
• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned to business goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and compliance teams.
• Use data and experimentation to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or consumer financial services.
• Proven ability to influence strategy and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and design teams.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to drive decisions.
