💼 About This Role

You'll drive technical direction and architectural ownership across core product domains for Behavox's cloud-native AI platform. Your hands-on Java expertise and engineering judgment will shape complex, mission-critical systems. You'll leverage AI-assisted engineering tools as force multipliers while retaining full ownership of quality and outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-level design for complex cross-service features
• Own and implement critical product components with full test coverage
• Drive the engineering agenda and contribute to roadmap planning
• Communicate technical decisions across engineering, product, and ML teams

📋 Requirements

• Expert Java engineering with deep understanding of internals and concurrency
• Mastery of Spring Framework including IoC/DI, Boot, and bean lifecycle
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and IaaS
• Practitioner-level command of AI-assisted engineering tools like Claude Code or Codex

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices migration patterns and domain-driven decomposition
• Familiarity with observability stacks (distributed tracing, metrics, alerting)
• Knowledge of CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns
