💼 About This Role

You'll join Trustly's Security team as a hands-on first line of defense, supporting governance, risk, and compliance in a regulated payments environment. You'll execute risk assessments, vendor reviews, and compliance activities from day one. This role is ideal for building broad security experience in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support development and maintenance of the information security framework (ISMS)
• Conduct information security risk assessments and maintain the risk register
• Perform security assessments of third-party vendors and partners
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management activities

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in information security, IT risk, or compliance
• Foundational understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 or NIST CSF
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Analytical and structured approach with attention to detail

✨ Nice to Have

• Relevant certification (CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISA, CISSP)
• Swedish language skills
