💼 About This Role

You'll help optimize and scale our managed service offering across cloud providers, driving SRE practices in a globally distributed team. This role combines automation, telemetry, and live-site debugging for a highly performant distributed database.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop automation platform for infrastructure rollouts across cloud providers
• Optimize telemetry platform to identify customer-impacting events
• Partner with engineering to optimize service performance for cloud architecture
• Debug live site events and conduct postmortem and RCA analysis

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
• Infrastructure automation experience
• Experience with Prometheus monitoring stack
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and the container ecosystem

✨ Nice to Have

• Scripting experience (Python, Bash)
• Experience with Grafana, Mimir and Loki
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
