🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for complex customer engagements
• Run discovery to understand goals and implementation risks
• Guide customers through solution design and configuration
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and blockers

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in onboarding or implementation in a SaaS role
• Strong SaaS implementation experience from kickoff to go-live
• Technical aptitude discussing system configuration and integrations
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across operational and technical audiences
