You'll hire, manage, and scale the BDR team at Dandy, a startup building the operating system for dental offices. Your core impact is developing BDRs for internal promotion while driving hypergrowth. You'll report to the Head of Business Development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build a metrics-driven, customer-obsessed team exceeding quota.
• Optimize personalized outreach strategy and pipeline generation playbook.
• Mentor team through weekly one-on-ones and coaching.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly quota attainment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve lead generation.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years sales experience in high-growth startup, with 2+ years managing 5+ reps.
• Clear grasp of BDR team best practices and pipeline methodologies.
• Proven experience with B2B SaaS tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
