🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise-wide testing programs for web, mobile, API, and cloud applications
• Define QA strategies, test plans, and governance frameworks
• Develop and maintain automated regression test suites
• Manage performance, load, and scalability testing initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
• Strong experience in enterprise application testing and QA leadership
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation Tools like Selenium, Worksoft, and Performance testing tools like Loadrunner, Tricentis
• Experience testing integrations with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Performance testing certifications preferred
• Experience with AI-driven testing and quality engineering practices
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
